I get off work pretty late and thank God Panda Express is my favorite place to go to, but this is the second time in the row the crew of younger ladies working and they donβt know how to read stickers right I order online every time I ask for a medium Γ la carte they always put in a small Γ la cart. A small Γ la cart is five dollars after taxes. A medium Γ la cart is almost $11 after taxes. They always messed up on my online orders. I always have to talk to the manager the poor guy heβs so sweet so nice always try to make up for everything that his employees mess up on which I really appreciate him. Heβs a very good manager, but his employees are making him look bad by not following simple directions. He did give me the correct amount in the correct container and let me keep the one they messed up on. I took pictures to show the difference and show how the stickers are wrong

Got a family meal. Paid an extra $5 for the Cantonese beef brisket and it was not even full. More like HALF WAY full. Panda is becoming a joke. Seriously.

This is my husband's favorite panda to go to for food. The customer service is always awesome and the food is always fresh. We've never had any bad experiences here. I tried the new buldok chicken and it was bomb.

I was at this location and Manager didnβt know the portion size and it was too low. I was told she is the manager. Her name is Yezi or Yesi. So, if you are looking for right amount of portion size donβt go to this place or especially when she is serving. Panda management please look into it, she said we only give you 7 pieces but sizes of the pieces also counts. You give me 7 tiny chunks of meat and think that you justified 7 pieces. As a consumer i am not happy with the service.
